If you see someone who looks like they're having a bad day... Instead of saying something snarky like "Someone's got a case of the Mondayyyyys...." Maybe try and say something supportive like "Hey... What can I help you with today?"
You never know... that one random act of kindness may be the thing that turns that persons day around.
